Do I need to upgrade my power supply?

I was wondering if the power supply I have now is good enough to handle what all I am running on my PC? I have a 450 watt PSU. Here is my complete system specs:

Asrock 890GX Extreme 3
AMD Phenom II X6 1035T @ 2.61 Ghz
4x4 GB DDR3 Ram Kingston
500 GB 7,200 RPM Seagate Barracuda
DVD read and write drive
92 MM Rosewill Processor fan
1 80mm case fan
1 80mm LED case fan
1 120 MM exhaust fan
ATI Radeon 6770
A Sandisk ReadyCache SSD to boost my HDD
Bluetooth keyboard adapter
Wireless internet usb adapter
Webcam

And I have cool and quiet turned off.

A GOOD make 450 will be fine...a cheap unbranded 450 wont put out anything near 450...

You'll only want to upgrade your PSU if you're considering a huge GPU upgrade

As long as your current PSU is of decent quality, as Brett has stated, you'll be fine.

Well it is a PSU that came with a Diablotek case I bought when I first started getting into computers like a year ago. Then I began upgrading it to what it is now. I have been running this setup for about a week and haven't had any problems. Just taking precautionary measures. I appreciate your answer.

UPGRADE YOUR PSU NOW!!! If it came with a Diablotek case, it's highly likely it's a Diablotek PSU....
