Will is bottleneck ???

hi guys so ihave a pc with these specs

C2D E4600 2.4 ( OC to 3.0 )
2GB Ram
1Gb palit 8600 gt

but i wanted to upgrade my Graphic card so i found one good XFX GTX 280 with a good price but will work good or it will bottleneck my CPU ???

How much are you paying for it? You shouldn't pay more than $100 at max. It's hot and power consuming. It won't bottleneck though.

i got it with a 700 Watts Power Supply by around 84.63 $ is that good ???
and to be honest i didnt check the brand of the power supply

It should be ok. If you paid $85, it should be a fairly decent 700w.
