Are you sure its set to exhaust? What kind of CPU fan do you use?

temp rise on what? GPU and CPU or CPU only? by how much? if GPU went up too, which GPU is it?

which way is your heatsink oriented as the fins are only one directional?

You now have neg air pressure.
1 X 200 mm's + 120mm blowing out and and only one intack (200 MM).
recommend switching the 120 x 120 x25 at the back to a 120x120x35, or move up to a 140 at the back. Current config has probably decreased airflow across the heat pipes.
The top fan has probably diverted some airflow UP and is competting with HSF trying to blow air toward the back.

only on cpu the gpu seems to have dropped in temp, cpu has gone up by 5 degrees. the cpu coolers fan is central

if your heat sink fans are horizontal and your new fan is pulling the air up, you're impeding proper airflow across the heatsink. The solution would be to rotate it 90 deg, so fins are vertical
