How to install x86 software on 64 bit system

So far i cant install CSS5, Microsoft Visual Studio Ultimate 2010 and Java too....how am i supposed to deal with that?

Shouldn't be a problem; X86 applications work fine...

That being said, all three are development tools, which rely on low-level access to HW in some cases, so install the 64-bit versions instead. Development tools are about the only software thats a bit picky when running on 64-bit.

Hello mkumbo22;

Unless you have a 16bit installer you should not be having a problem with CSS5 and Visual Studio installs.
Install the RIGHT Java engine.

Probably need to install the app as an administrator on windows7.
