Multi-monitor kvm for work at home and play wow

Hello,
I work from home... My work setup is laptop with docking station and an additional 32 inch monitor I also have a personal laptop with another 32 inch additional monitor.. two key boards and two mouses... is there any way I can hook up the seperate systems to function with one mouse and keyboard... or... both monitors and one key board and one mouse... but not lose the visual dispaly on the individual laptop monitors? There are down times when I much watch to see what comes into a work queue while I work on personal home work assigments or over the hoildays when I play WOW
