Here you go:

Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 - $59.99
PSU: Seasonic S12 II 520W - $69.99
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H - $99.99
CPU: 3.3GHz Intel Core i3-2120 - $124.99
RAM: 8GB Mushkin Enhanced Silverline 1333MHz 1.5V - $44.99
HD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda ST 7200RPM - $99.99
Optical: Lite On DVD Burner - $17.99
Video Card: EVGA Geforce GTX 640 - $109.99

Total: $628.92

A little over budget and while the video card isn't yet available it will be way better than the equivalent Radeons in the price range.

OP is free to change it. all i did was optimize the build in such way that he can get a great gpu for a build. I mean i did go under his budget, and i can easily change up the mobo into something like a b75 if necessary.

This would probably be better but even then you're still running your PCI x16 slot at x4 so you don't get the full functionality of that GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

the gpu would go in the pci 3.0 slot because that slot would run at full power(the pcie 3.0 will change itself to 2.0 its backwards compatible) the x4 is if you ever decide to want to xfire/sli as the ratio would end up 16x/4x rather than the more preferred 8x/8x even so, the change in fps is very minor

Yeah but the i3-2120 is a Sandy Bridge CPU, not an Ivy Bridge, so PCI Gen 3 doesn't apply. Once Ivy Bridge Core i3s are out that will change but apparently they won't be ready for a couple months at least.

of course it doesnt apply, but you are still running on 16x, not 4x. the 4x only refers to the pci-e 2.0 slot that's there that is not the pci-e 3.0 slot. it doesn't matter which cpu is being used, the top slot will stay 16x. The only thing the ivy bridge cpu will do is change the top one from 2.0 to 3.0, but the lane itself is 16x regardless.
