Best GPU for OCD e4500

I have p5k mobo (PCIe 1.0), 8GB ram @677 (overclockable), 450 W of power and a e4500 dual core 2.2 (overclockable not sure how many). What is the best cards out there wich wouldn't be bottlenecked? I need dual display.

someting like a radeon hd 7750/6770 would suit your needs with little bottleneck, anything above that, and I would recomend a cpu upgrade.
