Hello!

My current rig is this:
Core i3-2100
Gigabyte GTX 560 Ti
21" LG 1080p Monitor
Cooler Master Elite 430
Corsair TX650v2
Hitachi 1TB HDD
Seagate 320GB HDD
Biostar H61MH
8GB Corsair XMS3

I planned on building a new rig and reusing some parts for my current one like RAM,HDDs,GPU,PSU. The rest of the parts are going to be used with spares I have laying around for a desktop for my mother.

I plan on buying these parts here:

I have a few questions. First question is can a Corsair TX650v2 handle SLI 560 Ti's if I don't OC the CPU or should I just buy a 670? The other 560 Ti seems like a cheaper option than a 670. Second I want to be able to play BF3 on Ultra settings in Multiplayer without lag, currently I get lag spikes because of my CPU and have a hard time pulling 60fps on low settings because of my CPU. Would I run into vram issues running BF3 or even any other demanding game on higher settings? I think I covered everything I had concerns about.

That case is a monster, its too expensive and big for me. The i7 would be awesome but I don't do video editing and don't need the extra processing power.

I guess the main question now is, should I buy a new PSU and another 560 Ti for SLI for like 320$ or spend 450$ or so on a GTX 670 and keep my Corsair PSU. Is SLI glitchy at all? Iv never had any experience with it.

Right now I'm all for keeping costs down, I might try the SLI setup to save some money. I was talking to my buddy, he has GTX 465s in SLI he said he doesn't have any problems. Thanks for the help guys, I think I'll google some more to make a final decision.
