Budget Range: To begin with $1500

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (Battlefield 3)

Parts Not Required: Monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers

Parts Preferences: I was thinking asus sabertooth mobo, 8 gb mushkin radioactive ram, antec 900 case, pc power and cooling psu "950w", a mushkin ssd (they are on sell at newegg). This is just what I have thrown together in surfing.


Overclocking: Not to begin with, but likely down the road a few months. No idea how to do it.

SLI or Crossfire: 1 card to begin with, second card to be added a few weeks later.

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080, I will be running 2 monitors.

Additional Comments: I would like to build a tower to begin with. Then add a second video card, a second monitor, and possibly water cooling and over clocking if I can figure it all out.

here you go. it is almost 1500 and has a aftermarket heatsink to help with overclocking. it is very easy to overclock. all you have to do is go into the bios and mess around with the core multiplier. there are many guides out there to help you out.

this motherboard has the easiest overclocking of all. all you have to do is press the OC genie button and it will automatically overclock your CPU. however the board isnt cheap
