Good CPU and Motherboard?

Heyaaa,i wonder are the CPU and Motherboard good to go with this spec?if not please suggest a better one

They both look good to me, so long as the UD3H has all the connectivity you require.

Gonna use a powerline,and is there an ability to add bluetooth? and only using one 3 tb hdd and one ssd might anoher hdd latert

At my local store for $369 CDN ($55 off!) I can get an i5 3570K and Asus P8Z77-V Plus(?), add 8GB DDR3 1866 and that's $426 for me.

Either that or an A10 5800K and Asus F2A85-M Pro for $265, but I'm losing interest in that APU by the day after reaching and watching more reviews.
