Suggestion about psu

Hi guys new here i'm going to buy a gtx 570 in the next few days right now i have a gtx 260 with a ocz fatality 750w this one to be more precise

So here is the deal i going to give the old gtx 260 to my oldman right now he have one o those cheaps psu since he doesn't have a much demanding system but with the gtx 260 that would change so i have been looking for a good psu to his pc the ones that i found are the following

Cooler Master extreme power plus 600w

So i would live to have a few recommendations about those 3 psu's right now i have only found a more bad comments on the cooler master and specially on the thermaltake so right now i looking more to the corsair

And for the last question if i choose the corsair should i keep that one and give my oldman the ocz?
