Hello,
I'm wondering if it would be better to get the Deepcool Gamer Storm Assassin CPU Cooler or the Corsair Hydro Series H80 CPU Cooler for over clocking?

Deepcool gamer storm assassin. It will give an overall better idle and full load temperature as long as your computer case has good airflow. Just be aware that you must install your ram before this because it will block the ram slots before you insert the modules. Also the ram chips cannot have heatsinks that add height on them or they will not fit with the cooler. Their should be a compatibility list on their website that will say wether or not the ram you want to use is compatible or not. Also make sure your case can fit this as it is a tall cooler. This will definitely outperform the H80 and will probably outperform the H100, and will 100 percent outlast them (coolant doesnt need to be replaced).
