Computer Booting Problems

As the title states I'm having trouble booting my computer, every so often (3 months ish) it does this. I will get error messages about my SATA drive, random ones and then in the days following it just wont boot up. I usually remedy this rebuilding but that is getting old. Any suggestions?

Extremely weird...some cable maybe loose inside, that's all i can think off......try replacing the CMOS battery with a new one....you never noe :)
  2. Also I might add, when I start up its not that it just wont start but Windows says I have a hardware change and it is going to launch system repair
  3. Hi :)

Run a hard drive test in DOS...HIRENS CD etc...

    All the best Brett :)
  4. if it a raid set up check that the firmware on all the drives is the same or up to date. could be an odd power up/number of hours running firmware bug.
  5. I cant get into my pc at all, not even safe mode
