Why is my amd phenom x4 965 working on 1 061 ghz?

Hello,i have a AMD Phenom x4 965 BE,my gpu is ati radeon hd 6770,just read about bottlenecks and i'm wondering if i have one here?

I'm not sure how to test this out without testing with other CPUs and GPUs and comparing results.

I have a Phenom II X4 965 and AMD 7850, overclocking hasn't given dramatic increases in my gaming performance.

No problem. The PhII X4 965BE can handle larger cards than that without bottlenecking.
