Processor for HD video playback

Im picking out a computer for my friend. It needs too..

-Play Youtube videos in HD
-Multitask ( Playing Youtube video while checking e-mail )
- General browsing

Thats all he wants. It NEEDS to be a Dell or HP desktop. I need to buy it pre-made, he doesnt want me building it.

My budget is $425 but im pretty sure i can find one for less.
I just need your guys help on amount of Ram/Processor/Integrated Graphics i should be looking for

*Should i get 2 or 4 GBS of DDR3 ram?

*Can i get away with a Celeron? Do i need a Pentium, maybe even an i3?!

I dont know much about lower end AMD proccessors but should i get one of them?

Ill be purchasing from Dell or HP main website.

I need this figured out in the next 2 hours so any help/advice would be appreciated

My friend doesnt want anything refurbished. Also the newegg link you sent me is european and i cant find the american version of that computer

Look for Intel pentiums and I3s, 4GB of RAM or look for a AMD A4 or A6 series APU with 4GB RAM.
