Looking to buy a Gaming PC...

Hello fellow forumers!

Glad to be back on this awesome community, but instead of buying another Laptop I will be buying a PC. I always appreciate your feedback along with your suggestions as well. Here is all the information I can give at this current time.

Budget: 400-450$
Type: Custom or ASUS.
Condition: Brand New. Manufactured settings.
Games: Minecraft, Combat Arms, Counter Strike, Runescape with MAX Graphics.

May I add that I would like a keyboard and mouse with the CPU, if that's possible.

You're not going to get much of a gamer for $450 pre-built. That would even be hard to do building it yourself.
