MSI N670 PE 2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 670 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
$429.99

If prices for the two cards are the same then you should go with the better card and the GTX 670 is one level above the 7950.

Everything else looks good although you didn't give us the model of the Asus board and Z77 is not the model number it's the chipset used in the motherboard.

The motherboard you chose is good and is a good medium price because they make a V-Pro and a V-Deluxe which you most likly won't need because for the price increase they add some small features that aren't woth the extra money unless you need them.
