Here's an Intel based build, with a much better GPU, and a good CPU. I suppose you won't be needing a HDD, then have a look at this:

CPU & Optical Drive: $131- i3-2120 & Asus (Great CPU, has $15 off with promo, so hurry)

GPU & RAM: $220- Sapphire Radeon 6950 & AMD EE 4GB(Powerful GPU with decent RAM, note RAM is single 4GB kit)

Motherboard: $70- Biostar B75MU3+

PSU: $45- Corsair CX430 (Cheap , quality PSU, also you don'r need a 700 watts PSU, 400-450 watts quality PSU is more than enough. It also has $5 off with promo)

Case: $40- NZXT Source 210(or whatever you like)

Total(Excluding Rebates): 506 USD

Rebates & Promos: $50

Here's a comparison between Phenom X4 965 BE & i3-2120 (boh perform similarly, ith i3 on lower power consumption.
However if you intend to go AMD then have a look at these:
$100- AMD Phenom X4 955 OEM(need to buy a cpu cooler separately, has $10 off with promo)
$30- CM Hyper 212 (great cooler, will allow you to overclock this chip without any problem)
$16-Asus DVD Writer
$66- Asrock 970D3US3 (Cheaper and has almost the same features)

Thanks a lot it is a lot cheaper also. Yes i already have 500gb hdd and Windows 7. Thats pretty good Intel set up. I want to keep AMD, Intel graphics looks to computer like for me, I prefer softer video look that is not to sharp(hurts my eyes).
So can someone give me a better AMD build than the one i have.

Thanks a lot z_4 for giving your input much appreciated.

Thanks man you have giving me a lot more options. Could you also recommend a good mobo for crossfire the Sapphire Radeon 6950 ive been reading a lil so im willing to ante up an extra 100 just for mobo and gpu. Thanks z_4 u can definitely get it done on a low budget.

Though by spending $100 extra you can get a crossfire capable motherboard, and a PSU to power two GPU, the Phenom CPU will bottleneck the GPUs, it will be wise if you get a better card like Radeon 7850 worth $250. It will not be bottlenecked the CPU, consume less power and is powerful enough to drive multimonitor setup.(this does not mean that Radeon 6950 is bad).
However if you really want to to do crossfire you will have to look for in based build, i5-2400 will be a good choice to begin with.
