Suggest a graphic card

Please suggest a decent graphic card under $200 for the following specs:

Intel Core i5 650 processor
Gigabyte GA-H57M-USB3 motherboard
Corsair 4 GB DDR3 RAM, Corsair CMPSU 750TX Power supply

You have a nice rig for gaming, a good processor, good PSU, but it lacks a bit of ram, perhaps because you´re are running it with a 32 bit OS.

Anyway at that price range you really can get a cool card, so I will list 2, one from Radeon an another from Nvidia:

I am planning on adding another kit of 2 x 2GB (1600MHz) corsair RAM.
As well my monitor is 1920 x 1080 (LG 2486L).

Any other card considering above??
