Looking For Good Case With Nice Airflow and Cable Management

Looking for a good case with good amount of fans (3+ would be nice), airflow and good cable management. The case just needs to fit a aftermarket CPU Cooler (Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo) and a 9-10 Inch Card also ATX Motherboard
My price range is Below 70
Current Case i'm looking to get is the Challenger U3 (saw on youtube cable management was bad)
