Is this a quality PSU? I read somewhere that it's based on a Seasonic platform just like the Neo Eco 520c, but I'd like to read someone else's opinion before ordering it.

I don't know that model in particular, but Antec is known for being a reputable supplier, and they do source their parts from seasonic usually.

its a good unit with a moderate price that goes on sale quite a number of times when you find it.

It is based on the same design as the Neo Eco, but it is better because it is more efficient and uses higher quality components and is slightly less loud on full load.
