Could I get some guidance for my first build?

This is my first ever build and I'm not too computer savvy, so I'm learning as I go.
I'm wanting to get this gaming computer built and running sooner than later.
I don't plan on overclocking, but I'm not against it.

the keyboard, mouse, and controller aren't mandatory at this time. Right now I'm solely focused on building a computer that runs cool and effective. (I'm in the USA btw)

Here is my amazon wishlist that includes all the parts I'm looking at:

ANd here is the motherboard I'm looking into:

I have a few questions I need answered before I buy all these components.

1. Do I need any additional components to get this rig fully functioning (ie fans, cables, screws, anything else I may have missed, ect.)?

2. I want to connect Astro A40s so I can have 5.1 surround sound. Do I need to purchase the sound card In my wishlist to achieve this?

3. I would like to use my 42" LG 1080p TV as a monitor via HDMI. Is that possible with this build?

Okay, so in reply:

Firstly, the motherboard is great. And for that price - take it an run haha!

1. No, you seem to have done very well. However, I would recommend going against Windows 7 Professional and getting Home edition. The $100 you save can be used for getting a better mouse (please don't go with the sidewinder haha).

2. No, you do not need a sound card. You can plug them in simply with an audio and microphone extension which was included in the packaging. This may be of use:
Also, you could use the money saved in this to upgrade your mouse.

3. Of course! With the 670 (quite an excellent graphics card), you can simply plug a dual hdmi in and out to your tv!

I love your build and hope that this all goes well! Trust me, at the bargain prices you are getting you should run out and buy this tomorrow ;)
