Is my computer going to explode?

Hello there forum, I have just tried restoring my pc to a previous point because I was getting blank screens and restarts. Now it has completed, I turn my PC on and boot it into the normal mode and after about 20secs it goes to a BSOD with error 3b. I can't even get the chance to go online and update drivers as suggested in previous threads. Am I basically f***ed? PLEASE HELP ME SOON! I beg, im slightly worried. The PC is about 1month old now. Specs:
Mobo - Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
CPU - AMD phenom II x4 965 @stock
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz 8gb
GPU - XFX HD 6950
PSU - GX 650w

Yes but after a few minutes on that it has the same BSOD, and also.. I tried entering the safemode with networking and I can't do ANYTHING on the browser...

I can't run memtest overnight because the PC doesn't even stay turned on for 10minutes in safe mode or 1minute in normal mode.
I'll try the 1stick of ram now
