so amazon, micropc, newegg are all in same area or provide Free 1 day shipping, i had this pc for quite a long while now but its getting really old, and i need a new on so i decided to upgrade it to 8GB rAM and 1tb sata harddrives that i got all free from work because i work at nexcess with my bro, im 16 he's 27, so i decided to get new board as this board is outdated and doesnt take sata, so i was wondering, as i need a new case and stuff, i dont want a fancy case if there are cheap cases ill go with, and a new board, power supply, and other stuff, all i got is 1 tb drive and 8gb RAM its a 2x4, i have a 4x2, so if you guys could help me out im a bit newby, i dont want to play something hardcore, i just need it for editing my gameplays, and playing leagueoflegends with out lag :D  any ideas? its going to be hard to take this out, but im sure at work there is most of parts :D

A build with almost everything for about 200 bucks its kinda hard, only if you are getting some used parts and getting super priceses like a processor for 50 bucks a mobo for 50 and a PSU for 50... and so on..

For that really low budget, i consider that getting an APU combo of mobo+cpu for about 150$ and a case with PSU for 50bucks.

And if you are getting that i recomend you wait a couple of weeks and
get some of the new generation of APU that will come faster and better, also you can save some bucks for a case and a decent PSU that is always important :)

I'm not sure that your going to be able to do that on a $200 budget , because the parts that you end up with if you can find them that cheap most likely won't have too much success with gameplay.

GIGABYTE GZ-F3HEB Black SECC Steel / ABS ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

This total comes to $238 and maybe you can pich up some of these parts cheaper someplace else but for now this would be the best that I can put together.

It's challenging for such budget, but have a look at these three builds, one from Intel and others from AMD:

Common Stuffs from all these builds:

Case: $20 Apex (Cheap)

PSU: $45- Corsair CX430 (has $5 off with promo, and another $20 off as Rebates)

Total(Excluding Rebates): $65

Rebates, promos: $25

Now the builds:
First with Intel-
CPU: $50- Intel Celeron G530(cheap dual core CPU, also a sandy bridge derivative)
Motherboard: $50- Asrock H61US3(Cheapest mobo supporting this chip)
GPU: $65- Sapphire Radeon 6670(has $10 off as rebates, also quite good at gaming at low resolution)
Total: $165 (cheaper by $10 with rebates)

Next AMD APU, I would not recommend this since AMD will be ditching this Socket in a few months, but can't help at this low budget:
APU & Motherboard: $139- A6-3670K & Asrock A55HVS(Quad core CPU with good IGP, and cheap motherboard, Also APU has $15 off with promo EMCNDJH45)

Another AMD, but without APU:
GPU: $65- Sapphire Radeon 6670(same)
CPU & Mothreboard: $88- AMD X2 250 OEM & Biostar N68S3+
Cooler: $15- Rosewill (The above chip does not have a cooler so you have to get a cooler like this)
Total: $168

Ok sense your trying to do a cheap build ill help you out with my thrifty senses trust me being a ninja is not easy.. http://www.ebay.com/itm/PowerColor-Gaming-500-Watt-ATX-... this is a 500watt power supply with 2 6 pins .. for 31.95

http://www.ebay.com/itm/HIS-H487FM1GH-Radeon-HD-4870-1G... this is a used 4870 1 GB graphics card.. way better then the 6670 .. although its not direct x 11 you will be able to do x10 .. oh and its only 60 dollars..:)

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Gigabyte-GA-78LMT-S2P-Socket-AM... this one is a micro atx board.. you looking at 45.99 it also supports AM3 + and AM3

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-AMD-Phenom-II-X3-B73-2-8GHz... this is going for 60 bucks.. leaving like 2 dollars and some change..

this is is based on the 1 tb drive and 8GIGS of ram you said you have .. now you can bench run this set up with out a case until you get one .. how ever i think this is an oem cpu so i dont think there will be a heat sink with it .. but you should be able to pick up on for 10- 20 bucks this will also more then likely unlock to a 4 core phenom 2..

maybe you can get a heat sink from work .. any way this will actually end up being a half way decent system if put you pull this .. only thing is if you dont like what i picked im thinking budget wise.. cheapest cost higest performance in mind.. the 8 gigs would max out the mother board and micro atx cases are cheap...
