Gamin Upgrade - as cheap as possible

I want to upgrade my old computer. It must last as long as possisble with minimal upgrades.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming - BF3, BF2143 1920x1200
Windows 7 running VirtualBox with Windows XP to run Photoshop for moderate photo processing,

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
400 Euro (may be more)

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Finland

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc.
CPU - i5-2500k or other?
MB - not sure
Memory - not sure
CPU cooler - not sure


5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing?
Antec P182
ATI 5870
600 watt PSU
120 GB SSD

6) Will you be overclocking?
Yes if it is needed for future gaming

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
1920x1080

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
ASAP

9) What features do you need in a motherboard?
USB 3.0
Single video card

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

Looks fine but that video card is going to be the bottle neck in a system with SSD/i5. Also I'd recommend away from ASRock components, I've had nothing but trouble with my last two system builds with their components. I'm currently using one from EVGA (more pricey but less headache).

5870 plays BF3 just fine that is enough for me at the moment. What problems did you have with Asrock?
