Visiontek produce fine GPUs. Yes, your Corsair CX430 V2 can power it. Do note, that most of the HD 6870s require 2 X 6 pin PCIe power connectors, whereas some others require just one. Your PSU has got one 6 pin PCIe power connector, so you'd most probably will have to use the molex ones.
