Cpu and mobo

Hello, I want to now the best combination about cpu and mobo the first 1 is
AMD FX 8150 and ASUS CROSSHAIR V FORMULA and the second one is
INTEL I5 3570K and ASROCK FATAL1TY Z77 PERFOMANCE
It is about the same money no much difference my card will be asus gtx 670 dcuii top and ty for your help
