I am looking for any tips that could save me some $$ and also wondering if my PSU is enough. Also thoughts on if this build will max diablo 3. I am definetly open to suggestions.

Keep the 7850, don't skimp on a graphics card; that way, you can max GW2 and Diablo 3. PCIe 3.0 wont matter anyway because of the processor which is only Sandy Bridge. However I would get the Z68 Extreme3 Gen3. Also, get a PSU around 550W.
