Need help with upgrading

I have tried to ask for help before but of course it has failed due to my limited info\unappealing case.

I've come back with the specs of my PC and with some insight on what I would get.

My PC is rather horrible and runs most modern games at an abysmal ~15-20 FPS at the lowest absolute settings. I can make do with that but it is quite a pain.

My PC:

What I'm wondering is can I upgrade my graphics card without having to buy any extra stuff.
I know you need a decent power supply to back up it but what else?
I'm fine with everything else(no need to upgrade RAM as that really isn't as important as the card).

was posted and it seems to be a good idea(I have next to none info on PCs).

Also, will the GPU\power supply actually fit if I were to put it in?

I feel as if I need more info but not sure what I actually need to know.

Thanks for any help.

  1. Anywhoodley?
  2. You only have a 250W PSU, you will definitely need to upgrade that. How much are you willing to spend on the GPU? That way, we can recommend what to buy. Expect to spend about $50 on the PSU.
  3. How much are you willing to spend on the whole new setup? There are tons of options for that computer, and that processor will only bottleneck higher end graphics cards.

Roughly around ~200 dollars for everything.
I think I only need a new PSU and GPU?
    If not, what else?

I don't believe I will buy a new processor due to not getting a "higher end" GPU but a decent one for ~150.
