The i5-3550 isn't worth the $30 more than the i5-3450, so change that. That RAM is good since you have stock heatsink. That PSU is very high quality.

I'm not sure where you live but you can buy a i5-3550 for $209.99 at Newegg. Also, I'm pretty sure you can use any ram for any MoBo...there is no ram made just for the 3rd gen Processors (Not that I know of, lol). Although, G.Skill is a very good brand for RAM.

Huh, You can get EVERYTHING cheaper at Newegg, that PSU you posted it's currently listed at $89.99 at Newegg + a Rebate that comes down to $69.99 & another 15% off with a promo code! -- I think this site is very overpriced ... take everything you have and run to Newegg, if I were you. The GPU is actually the same price at Newegg, shockingly. You could go with a Sapphire Radeon 7850 OC save $10, and a free game (DirtShowdown). Wow, compared to reviews Gigabyte is sitting at 36% 5 eggs and Sapphire is something around 67% -- I'm not being Bias, I'm just trying to help you.

EDIT- Concerning the Power Supply I think you could do better really ... try a 620W SeaSonic Power Supply, always need that extra headroom :)

^^ This product has a 87% 5 egg review only 1 person gave 1 Egg, it was a DOA.

Go for the 7850, if you're wondering about brands go with XFX.

Better overclocking, and it gets better frame rates. I could get you benchmarks but go to andatech (for got the website name, I'm on in a rush). Watching Toonami, Sorry :)
