Windows 7 32 bit and odbc oracle drivers

I am running Windows 7 32 bit on PC with Oracle 10r2 installed. Everything installed without errors. I can use sql plus against the Oracle database on the server but i can not define and ODBC connection for my application to use. Oracle driver is not availabe to select. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I made an error in putting in the question and didn't think it took. When I went back in I saw I had entered it twice ... Anyone know what my problem is?
