Is the Noctua D14 Too Heavy for My Mobo?

I have an Asrock Z77 Extreme 4; which is a fairly thin board. Could mounting a monster like the D14 cause my board to warp?

No you are fine. That's what the backplate is for.

Make sure every standoff is utilized for your motherboard attachment as well and you should be fine, even with the thin board you've got.
