have question about 3xmonitor

morning ,right now I have crossfire on two 6870 amds.I am running two monitors and I just bought my third,Question on my 6870 I have hdmi port.can I go found hdmi to dvi to my monitor and make this work ,or do i have to come off another way.and if all of this works I have the problem of hitting the wrong button and screwing every thing up.whats the easiest and best way to do this once it's all plug ed in.this computer is just for gaming and I have all the power ,ram hd's you can use .I just want 3 monitors for mm3.help tom

For eyefinity, your 3rd monitor must be connected via displayport. If your monitor does not support displayport, you must use an ACTIVE not passive displayport adapter. A list of approved dongles can be found in this link.

Once connected you must then set up an eyefinity group in CCC. hugostiglitz has a guide in this link.
