PSU Fan Not Working

Hello,yesterday my new Cosair TX V2 650w PSU arrived,and the problem is the FAN,when I turn on the computer it spins for like 1-2 seconds,then it just stops,the psu works, in this moment im posting this using the psu,it has some little heat actually I barely can feel heat,thing is tomorrow my 7970 comes,what can be the problem? I already make sure the power cable and other things connected to the motherboard are connected good,hope I dont need to send it back cause I don-t live in USA lol

That model has a thermally controlled fan. It will come on when needed and the speed will vary as needed.
