Saying my GTX 660 ti is in PCI E 1.1 slot

I had to rma my 3570k, so Im using my back up amd build. My motherboard for AMD only has PCI e 2.0, but that shouldnt mean it should go all the way down to 1.1 right ? any help would be nice, thanks.

It's in a lower power state. If you want to confirm that this isn't an issue, click the ? next to the bus interface box in GPU-Z, start the render test and it should change.

It changed them, as I see on your pictures is shows PCIe 3.0 @pcie 2.0 mine shows pcie 2.0 @pcie 2.0

Then everything should be in working order.
