Best graphics card

Hello,
I have 2 H8-1200z computers from HP new with maxed memory 16gb, both cureently have 2GB DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GT 530. One computer has 350w power supply and the other a 460w supply. We'd like to see what we could max out with on these two computers.
