How to setup a linksys wireless router as an access point

Hello,
Can I use a second linksys wireless router as an access point and can I connect a wired computer to one of its ports? If so, how?

to setup a router as a AP connect only a computer to the router and log in

setup wireless security

disable the DHCP and change the LAN IP to match the IP scheme of your main router but ending in 253

connect one of the four LAN port via network cable to the main router
