New Gaming Rig

hey i have assembled a new rig with core i5 3550, Intel DH77EB, Corsair Vengence 4 GB ddr3, Corsair GS600 PSU, Corsair 300r case. So the thing is my CPU fan which is a intel stock Fan is running at 1000 RPM and the two case fans are running around 600 RPM under load. Is this Normal??? shouldn't it be more than 2000 RPM??? Help!!!

Hey don't panic! If it doesn't overheat then it's all fine.It should NOT be running at a high speed if the Processor isn't under load and 600 RPM is pretty normal for a chjeap case fan.
