First Windows install loop

Hey Guys,

I just finished building my first computer(it went well i think!), and I was doing my first install of Windows, and when it was going along, my power cord got unplugged. Now I have an error message that reads: "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected err. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "ok" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation." Problem is, when I hit ok, it eventually gets back to the same screen. :(

My system is:
ASRock z77 Extreme 4
8 gb DDR3-1600
1 tb barracuda HD
GTX 670
DVD Driver
