I was just wondering if placing fillters on unused fan slots for a side panel was gonna decrease the amount of dust that would get to my graphic card and the cooler of my CPU.

I'm gonna buy the Silverstone fillters for a Cooler Master Elite 371.

Putting dust filters on the case fans will decrease the amount of dust coming into the case, dust filters i think require fans to be mounted, you can try using blue-tac pr something to stick the filters on empty fan spaces.

These are magnetic dust fillters, so I don't think they need a fan.

Right then, yes they would stop dust from coming inside the computer but you will have to clean them when they get clogged with dust so that airflow doesn't stop.

I've been reading some reviews. A lot of people seem to use them for unused slots on their side panels, but it seems like they do restrict the airflow a bit (from the CPU and GPU fans).

Do you think this will be a big hit to temps? I will only have a stock rear exhaust fan and a SCYTHE S-FLEX SFF21E as intake.

No it won't hit temps by a big amount, maybe 1-3c depending on how much dust there is on the filters.
