Which CPU is better for gaming? The new i3-3240 ivy bridge or the 965 black edition? Is it more worth getting the i5 3570k even though it costs roughly 100$ more than any of the two lesser chips

amd 965 be always ahead an with 100$ get aftermarket cooler like 212 evo or liquid cooled to get over clock upto 4ghz +

Yes I run them for gaming...but the 1100T is faster by far, but much harder to find and afford...
