Mouse and Keyboard do not turn on?

Hello, yesterday I just upgraded my 400w psu to a 600w corsair psu, and also installed my gtx 560. Everything was working fine for about 4-5 hours, but then I restarted my pc and at first it would be stuck at the bios screen. Then after a few restarts it would go to the windows screen, but my keyboard and mouse wouldnt turn on it all
