How to restor to factory settings

i have a laptop with a integrated radeon hd 4200
i updated the drivers and somehow messed it up...
now the max resolution instead of being 1900X1600 is 1360X768
another point of ref... skyrim played at medium with its default... now it wants me to play at low...

i have no idea what the hell ii did wrong but i did, so is there a way to reset the video card to factory?? that way i can repeat the proces this time correctly??

You should be able to roll back the driver through computer management.
