Sapphire 7870 to 7970 OC?

Hi guys im wondering if its possible to overclock my Sapphire HD 7870 to the standards of the HD 7970? im sure i read someware that its possible but i want to be sure before i try to do it. It would help if i could find the website i read it on but for some reason it doesnt come up on google anymore but im hoping i could OC my card to those standards or even the 7950 if its possible.


Btw if it is possible to do it what OC settings would i need to put my GPU at?

Not quite but the 7950 is more realistic.
