On-board graphics for FSX urgent!

Hi guys!

I wish to play MS Flight Simulator X sp2 on an AMD Athlon II x2 which we MIGHT be buying VERY soon. We have a choice of three motherboards, but I need to know whether these on-board video cards will do the trick for FSX with 6GB of RAM or should I stick to a GeForce GT520 1GB (my only other option).

Biostar A780L3B= ATI Radeon HD3000
Asrock N68-VS3 FX= GeForce 7025
Biostar N68S3B= nForce 630a

If one of these will work please tell me which one...

The 520GT will be a much better than any of those on-board graphic setups. Whether or not its enough for FSX? That i cant tell you for sure, the 520GT isn't that great either
