Can someone critique my build from CyberPower? Tags: Prebuilt Cyberpower Build Systems Last response: June 17, 2012 11:26 PM in Systems Share A New Guy89 June 17, 2012 11:01:08 PM Hello, I was wondering if someone would give me advice on my build idea from Cyberpower. I started off with the cheapest configuration setting at http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/CyberPower_H61_Confi... Approximate Purchase Date: Within days Budget Range: 1500-1800 System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (primarily ones with high CPU usage like Paradox titles + newer titles with other high requirements like The Witcher 2) Parts Not Required: Keyboard and Mouse...(mouse is free with my build) Preferred Website(s) for Parts: CyberPower, Ibuypower Overclocking: Yes, I'm just having them do it. SLI or Crossfire: Maybe. I really want advice on this. Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200 Additional Comments: My main concern is that I want a proper cooling system. I don't want overheating issues. So yeah, here's my build: Spoiler*BASE_PRICE:[+489] BLUETOOTH:None CARE1:Ultra Enhanced Packaging Solution - Protect Your Dream System During Transit [+19] CARE2:Cooler Master Thermal Fusion 400 Extreme Performance CPU - Thermal Compound Optimized for Thermal Dissipation [+10] CAS:Xion Predator 970 Gaming Series Mid Tower Case w/ 2 External Removable HDD Bays [+2] CASUPGRADE:None CD:24X Double Layer Dual Format DVD+-R/+-RW + CD-R/RW Drive (BLACK COLOR) CD2:None COOLANT:Standard Coolant CPU:Intel® Core™ i5-3570K 3.40 GHz 6MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1155 (All Venom OC Certified) [+116] CS_FAN:Maximum 120MM Case Cooling Fans for your selected case [+9] ENGRAVING:None ENGRAVING_MSG: FA_HDD:Vigor iSURF II Hard Disk Drive Cooling System [+21] (1 x System) FAN:Corsair Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid Cooling System 120MM Radiator & Fan (Dual Standard 120MM Fans (Push-Pull) [+9]) FLASHMEDIA:INTERNAL 12in1 Flash Media Reader/Writer (BLACK COLOR) FREEBIE_CS:None FREEBIE_MB:None GLASSES:None HDD:* 60 GB OCZ Agility 3 SATA III 6.0Gb/s SSD - 525MB/s Read & 475MB/s Write [+8] (Single Drive) HDD2:500GB SATA-III 3.0Gb/s 16MB Cache 7200RPM HDD [+79] (Single Drive) IEEE_CARD:IEEE 1394 CARD AND DRIVER [+19] IUSB:Built-in USB 2.0 Ports KEYBOARD:Xtreme Gear (Black Color) Multimedia/Internet USB Keyboard MB_SRT:None MEMORY:8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory [+51] (Corsair XMS with Heat Spreader) MONITOR:24" Widescreen 1920x1080 ASUS VS247H-P LCD [+157] MONITOR2:None MONITOR3:None MOTHERBOARD:[CrossFireX/SLI] ASRock Z77 Extreme4 Intel Z77 Chipset DDR3 ATX Mainboard w/ IRST, Lucid Virtu MVP, XFast Technologies, 7.1 HD Audio, GbLAN, 3x PCIe x16 (2 Gen3, 1 Gen2), 2x PCIe x1 & 2 PCI (All Venom OC Certified) [+89] MOUSE:XtremeGear Optical USB 3 Buttons Gaming Mouse NETWORK nboard Gigabit LAN Network NOISEREDUCE1:Sound Absorbing Foam on Side, Top And Bottom panels [+29] NOISEREDUCE2:Anti-Vibration Fan Mounts [+9] OS:Microsoft® Windows 7 Home Premium [+104] (64-bit Edition) OVERCLOCK ro OC (Performance Overclock 10% or more) [+19] POWERSUPPLY:700 Watts - Standard Power Supply - SLI/CrossFireX Ready [+36] RUSH:NO; READY TO SHIP IN 10~15 BUSINESS DAYS SERVICE:STANDARD WARRANTY: 3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PLUS LIFE-TIME TECHNICAL SUPPORT SOUND:HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO SPEAKERS:None TEMP:None TUNING:* Intel® Core™ i5-3570K Performance Tuning Protection Plan by Intel [+24] TVRC:None USB:None USBFLASH:None USBHD:None USBX:None VIDEO:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 2GB 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Card [+390] (EVGA Superclocked [+0]) VIDEO2:None VIDEO3:None WNC:None _PRICE +1689) More about : critique build cyberpower deadmangaming June 17, 2012 11:15:53 PM For you price range this is a perfect computer m 0 l deadmangaming June 17, 2012 11:16:03 PM http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/AMD_FX_8-Core_Configurat... m 0 l Can't find your answer ?
