What is the equivalent of Intel processor to AMD Dual Core A4-4355M 1.9 GHZ ?

Any mobile Ivy Bridge Bridge CPU will have more processing power than the A4-4355M. Additionally, the Intel HD 4000 will be more powerful than the Radeon HD 7400 core. Benchmarks of the Intel HD 4000 at low resolution (1280x760 / 1366x768) and low graphic settings shows the the Intel HD 4000 performs somewhat close to the Radeon HD 7660G found in the Trinity A10 APUs. Actually, the Intel HD 4000 would be pretty close to the Radeon HD 6620G graphic core in the Llano A8 APU.

An older mobile Sandy Bridge CPU with the Intel HD 3000 graphic core would be a closer match to the A4-4355M. The A4's CPU processing power will still be less than any mobile Sandy Bridge CPU, but the Radeon HD 7400 graphic core should be equal to or slightly better than the Intel HD 3000.

The system with HD4000 CPUs are a lot more expensive though, and in no way the equivalent of AMD A4.

I'd say the lowest end Sandy Bridge Mobile CPUs are the equivalent.
