if all you have is 512 of ram you should upgrade to 2 1gig sticks at least. Info on ram is in link you posted.

doesn't say how many amps on that little power supply. May be a tough one to upgrade if it's proprietary. Pay attention to how big a one you can install. ( SIZE not power ) You can try running the new card off of it and see how it goes........... also may not be enough connectors... something else to think about.

I had a similar issue/question with a similer albeit better HP system.

Check out the following thread: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/345865-33-athlon

I settled on the GTX 560 TI with a Corsair TX650 and it works great. My solution is probably not ideal for you because your CPU is not quad core and a little older so you could probably settle with a graphics card like the one you plan on getting unless you wanted to eventually carry it over into a new system.

Check out the following page about PSU's: http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx
Make sure you grab a tier 1 or 2 PSU. You might want something modular... I regret not going for the Corsair HX650 instead.

Check out the following graphics card hierarchy to give you a rough idea of what to expect provided the graphics card is not bottlenecked by other components in your system. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html
