Low-Profile PSU

I have a Dell Inspiron 530s slimline desktop that I've already done minor upgrades to. A couple years ago I threw in an hd radeon 4000 series low profile card and also upgraded to 4gb of RAM from 2gb. Now I'm thinking of throwing in a hd radeon 7750 1gb card and it says a 400w PSU is recommended. The one that came in my dell is either a 220 or 250w PSU so it doesn't meet that requirement. I've also heard that the recommendations can be a bit high and I probably don't need a 400w PSU but I've also heard its better to have a higher limit than you need because it makes the PSU more efficient and reliable. I've found tons of low profile gpu when I was shopping around but I'm having trouble finding a PSU. I was hoping someone could recommend one or at least tell me if they even make a higher wattage PSU that would fit in my case.

P.S. I have a gaming computer I built back in April that is an absolute beast so I'm not looking to move to a larger tower. I love the design on this old dell and its just being used as a media pc hooked up to our living room tv. So if its possible I'd like to keep it around for as long as I can by upgrading.

Thanks!
