Dell monitor power save mode

Hooked up a Dell Optiplex Model 320 to a Dell Monitor - doesn't have a model number on it and I can't get it out of power save mode, looking for some help.

Power save mode means it's not getting a signal from the computer and has turned itself off to save power, thinking the computer isn't on. Could be a problem with the monitor.

I'd recommend talking to Dell, since both products involved came from them.
